Payments are processed securely through our payment partner Razorpay. Usaya Banaras does not collect or store your complete card details, CVV, banking credentials, or UPI PIN.

While we strive to ensure pricing accuracy, we reserve the right to correct typographical, technical, or pricing errors and, where necessary, cancel an affected order with a full refund.

4. Orders & Acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order request but does not constitute acceptance.

Usaya Banaras reserves the right to accept, reject, or cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing inaccuracies, payment issues, suspected fraudulent activity, or other operational reasons. In the event of cancellation after payment has been received, the amount paid will be refunded through the original payment method.
